Individualised health care plans are developed by nurses together with the resident's personal physicians and continuously reassessed. Specifically developed software has been implemented to ensure that all tasks according to the health care plan are managed.
Can include music therapy, pet therapy, board games, and outdoor excursions. Lazarus Care should be able to accommodate your Loved One with transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping and religious worship services.
